3. All members must start an app within a week of registration, or their account will be deleted. If you have a reason for not making an app within the allotted time period, contact an administrator or moderator. If you start an app, it must be completed within a month or risk deletion of both said app and your account. (NOTE: This is not to be strict or mean, this is to prevent congestion and inactivity of the forum.)

4. Please, please use proper grammar and punctuation when RPing. There is no excuses for this; an example of proper RPing will be provided, and the link to said example will be in the welcome PM. (Again, this is not to be strict, but to promote good RPing and keep the site free of terrible grammar.)
