| | | Plot | | After the Battle of the Labyrinth took place, and the summer ended, Camp Half-Blood campers went back to school and the mortal world. They had only nine measly months to live like normal children. Now it's summertime again, and Typhon has awoken. Kronos is rebuilding his army for another attempt to crush the demigods, and later the Olympians. To strengthen the sense of new-found unity among the gods, Hades' throne on Olympus has been restored, and he has been given a cabin. Even Hades and his children should feel united with the other gods and half-bloods in this time of toil and trouble. Things are looking down now, as there are barely any campers to fight half of Kronos' army, let alone the newly rebuilt army and Typhon. But now, a new generation of heroes arrive, and nothing much is certain about them, except for this: They will face trials and suffering, find that their lives will often be on the line, and at the darkest hour, their true natures will be revealed. |
